ATTORNEY PROFILE

Mark Lewis graduated with honors from the University of Alabama School of Law in 1987.  After his graduation he worked as a successful trial lawyer with prestigious national and international law firms in Alabama and, beginning in 1989, in Houston. He has handled hundreds of complex commercial disputes and catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death claims. In 2014 he started his own firm. His goal is to bring to his clients the same excellent service his "big firm" clients received but also to have a more personal relationship with the people he represents and to obtain the best possible results for his clients in an efficient and cost-effective manner.

Mark and his wife have one daughter.  He is an active member of First Presbyterian Church in Houston and formerly served as a Lay Catechist (a lay order of ministry) in the Diocese of the Western Gulf Coast, Anglican Church in North America. He also served as the Chancellor of the Diocese, and he previously served on the Board of Directors of the Children’s Assessment Center in Houston.
